Silver Moon Art Exhibit at Art Square Gallery January 12 - January 24

The reception to the exhibit took place this past Saturday, January 17th, with a great attendance.
The show was curated by my friend, artist Mira Martinez. Thank you Mira for the countless hours you put in organizing this event! The reception was a good opportunity to chat with fellow artists and guests while enjoying refreshments and appetizers provided by owner of the gallery.
The Art Square Gallery is located on Dundas St, across from the Art Gallery of Ontario. My paintings will be at this show until January 24th

"Fall- Once Again"... also finds a new home

Fall- Once Again is a 42" x 48" acrylic painting on canvas. This time I have used a limited colour palette and knife technique. The new owner, a very loyal collector, commissioned this piece after seeing a small version in my studio done on paper (18" x 24" ). I find it difficult to part with some paintings. I would have loved to display Fall - Once Again in my studio... if I had enough walls. I am happy knowing that it is being enjoyed and appreciated in a new home.

I enjoyed attending the reception to the Etobicoke Art Group exhibit. It was a great opportunity to share a Sunday afternoon with fellow artists, family and friends. IMPACT 2022 Juried Exhibition at NPCC

  My painting titled Naked Trees was selected to enter Impact 2022 Juried Exhibition at Neilson Park Creative Centre. For the past couple of years I have been working on this series of naked trees using different palettes and techniques. This mixed media piece is part of a small series that will be complete by the end of this year. The show had the Award ceremony on July 21st with great attendance from members and guests.
