Last Fall, from October 16th-22nd, a fellow artist, Julita Walanska, and myself, exhibited our favourite pieces at the Art Café located on the ground floor of the Gladstone Hotel on Queens Street West in Toronto. The Art Cafe is a well known venue for art shows and musical performances. We were excited and privileged to have an interesting crowd on the opening night. My show included 17 paintings on canvas and 10 on paper representing a selection of my work of the past two years.

Thank Goodness it's Friday #3 has been a memorable experience due to the exceptional quality of the work presented by all participating artists. The exhibition, that ran from March 31st to April 19th, received great support from the community. I want to thank my family and friends for attending the opening ceremony on April 4th and for making this day very special for me.

Blue Grotto was the painting I have selected for this exhibition. Working with fluid acrylics was a satisfying experience that has allowed me to explore another way of expressing myself on the canvas.
