The Big Chill  show is open to members and non members of NPCC and runs from January 6th to January 26th. I am exhibiting two paintings I produced in 2013. They belong to an experimental series that I started last year. In each painting I used a different palette, tools and theme.
And there is Light at the end.... and Soaring High, exhibited in Ottawa in 2013 also belong to this series. Click at the top of this page (2013) for St Brigit's Centre for the Arts Exhibit

IMPACT 2022 Juried Exhibition at NPCC

  My painting titled Naked Trees was selected to enter Impact 2022 Juried Exhibition at Neilson Park Creative Centre. For the past couple of years I have been working on this series of naked trees using different palettes and techniques. This mixed media piece is part of a small series that will be complete by the end of this year. The show had the Award ceremony on July 21st with great attendance from members and guests.

"Fall- Once Again"... also finds a new home

Fall- Once Again is a 42" x 48" acrylic painting on canvas. This time I have used a limited colour palette and knife technique. The new owner, a very loyal collector, commissioned this piece after seeing a small version in my studio done on paper (18" x 24" ). I find it difficult to part with some paintings. I would have loved to display Fall - Once Again in my studio... if I had enough walls. I am happy knowing that it is being enjoyed and appreciated in a new home.

HIGHLIGHTS 2019 - Reception

I enjoyed attending the reception to the Etobicoke Art Group exhibit. It was a great opportunity to share a Sunday afternoon with fellow artists, family and friends.
